Track orders from the Practitioner Portal

On April 29th, we said goodbye to our favorite fulfillment specialist, Sam Smith. He’s left quite a void in our SHAPE Central office, but we’re so excited for him as he embarks on a new career adventure.
Natalie and Abbie will now be shipping your orders, and you can access all of your account details right from the Practitioner Portal!

Click “My Account” in the menu on the right. From this screen you can view your orders, update your addresses and payment methods and change your password. (See image below)

PLUS, as of Monday, May 17, you can view the tracking information!

To find your tracking number, click “Orders,” then select “View” on the order you want to track. Your USPS tracking number will be under the heading “Order updates” (see image below). You can copy and paste this number into the USPS website here:

A couple more notes about shipping:

  • We ship Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST. Any orders placed after 4:30 or Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following SHAPE business day.
  • Once packages leave our office, there is very little we can do to guarantee delivery times. If there is a discrepancy in the tracking information on your order, you will need to contact USPS or your local post office directly.
  • USPS is still experiencing intermittent delays. We always ship Priority Mail, which should be 2-3 business days, but neither USPS nor SHAPE are able to guarantee delivery times.
  • At this time, UPS and FedEx are not viable options for shipping for our small business.
